I didn't know it back then.
I never thought I'd come to love this town this much.
I never imagined I'd be able to do something like this with the people of this town.
This is the place where the "beginning" of such stories is born.
When a fresh, youthful "I want to try this" begins to sprout,
There was someone who encouraged me to "give it a try,"
There are people who are excited and say, "Let's do it together."
And so, the many overlapping feelings were
Bringing new colors to the town.
The spreading colors bring excitement throughout the town.
It subtly rewrites everyday life.
The town is waiting for people to say, "I want to try this."
Those feelings, which are still nameless, surely

This approximately five-month program involves junior and senior high school students teaming up with local professionals who are Rotarians to develop and present projects for the community. The best proposal is implemented as an official project the following year.

No project exists without action; no matter how good an idea is, if it only exists in your head, it creates no value for anyone. Those who take overwhelming action gain overwhelming experience and learning.

As a project progresses, it rarely ends up being a "100% successful" outcome. Don't get caught up in labels like success or failure; instead, carefully reflect on the experience and assign meaning to it so that it can be used to improve future projects.

There are no teachers at FuroPro. There are no students either. Everyone has only ever lived their own life, and moreover, everyone has lived a completely different life, so there is always something to teach and learn from each and every one of us.

Working together with love means not prioritizing the other person's opinion and suppressing your own, but rather valuing both your own and the other person's opinions, communicating in a loving way, and listening with love.
